Marsovius is the open-source operational platform that gives every institution — from a single online shop to a sovereign government — the same ontology, the same digital twin, the same auditable predictions, and the same code. The platform is published under the Apache 2.0 licence; deployment runs on the customer’s hardware, in the customer’s jurisdiction, under the customer’s law. For institutional engagement, Marsovius dispatches Legates — senior engineers of the house — to install the platform, design the first ontology, train the operators, and remain as counsel through every production deployment that follows. The house is domiciled in the European Union and is bound, for sovereign customers, by the Pact of Sovereignty: domicile, control, exit, source, and audit guarantees committed in writing.
